Lost before start!

Make no mistake, India is losing the war against terrorism. Rather, it has no desire to fight such a war; the kind the west has been fighting. It is too secular to do that.

When a discussion on the Mumbai bomb blast degenerates into a bashing for the "hindu fundamentalists", as happened on a program hosted by Rajdeep Sardesai on CNN-IBN, you know even 228 deaths and 900 serious injuries( including permanent disabilities of limb, loss of eyesight, loss of hearing and other such life altering injuries) has failed to wake up a nation.

As ususal, Tavleen Singh is right on the money.
